PAYMENT INFORMATION

After getting invoice you can pay through your debit card, credit card, Apple Pay (iOS only), PayPal, and Clear pay. We accept the following cards: Visa, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express.

Please be noted that our Customer Care team has no authority for changing the payment methods offered to you at checkout. To keep our customer data private, we are also unable to find out exactly why a payment method is not being offered.

It will allow you to create personalized collections of products you want to buy and save them in your inteblue user account for future reference. It will signify your interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.
You can refer or share your wish chart with your friends or recommend product to your friends from your wish list.

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. If one of the items you received isn’t what you ordered, please send it back to us and notify to mail ID: customerservices@inteblue.com and we’ll refund you as soon as it’s arrived back….You’ve to fill the PDF attached in Return Policy with reason and send it through mail ID: customerservices@inteblue.com.

Delivery charge can be refunded if you return the items after filling our form with appropriate reason within 14 days. Order can be cancelled from here. If you decide to keep one of the items, you need to pay for delivery.

We’re really quick at packing your order up which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. Please put an email to customerservices@inteblue.com and you will get reply within 24 working hours.

We are really sorry to inform you that currently we’re not offering any exchanges- refund is OK as per our Terms & Conditions.

Your order could be in different places such as our warehouse, awaiting for dispatch, with the courier on its way, or delivered. The first thing to check is have you had your dispatch email? If yes, then it’s on its way. You can track your order at the top of this page using your order number from that email. If you haven’t got your dispatch email (don’t forget to check spam/ junk folders) then your order is waiting to leave us. Once you have the dispatch email you can track it yourself via the link in the email or by using the track my order section at the top of this page.

If you don’t have your order number with you, you can get it by logging into your account here and then by going to ‘Order Status’.

SHOPPING INFORMATION

You are requested to see the charges tab after ordering products. It depends on total amount you placed.

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then as soon as reasonably possible (depending on the delivery service you have selected in our website). In any event, delivery will take place no more than 25 days after the day your Contract is entered into.

After place the order you will receive an invoice for acknowledging you about the price, delivery time (approx.) etc. After your final confirmation order will be locked and after payment you will receive the ID and automated generated mail/notification code through which you can receive the parcel from delivery man.

Yes. You’ll receive the invoice for order. It may be individual or combined (for more than one order).
