Changing or Cancellation of Order

We are prompt to provide the customer service which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. Please put an email to customerservices@inteblue.com and you will get reply within 24 working hours.

Delivery Charge Refund System

Delivery charge can be refunded if you return the items after filling our form with appropriate reason within 14 days. Order can be cancelled from here. If you decide to keep one of the items, you need to pay for delivery.

Policy, if one found wrong or damaged product

We are really sensitive with our service and want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. If one of the items you received isn’t what you ordered, please send it back to us and notify to mail ID: customerservices@inteblue.com and we’ll refund you as soon as it’s arrived back….You’ve to fill the PDF attached in Return Policy with reason and send it through mail ID: customerservices@inteblue.com.
