inteblue works on below legal terms and conditions under which we supply the products listed on our website www.inteblue.com (“our website”) to you. You’re requested to read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. Using our web site indicates that you accept these terms and conditions together with our Privacy Notice here. If you don’t want to accept these terms and conditions, please avoid using our site.

Your eligibility

You need to be at least 16 years old to shop with us. Also please see payment policy of us.

If you’re under 18 some of the goods will not be suitable for you, we are selling in our site.

Service Ability

Regarding some countries delivery, we have some restrictions. Please find it in our “Delivery Terms”.

Order Placing Process

You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt after placing order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorization check to make sure there’s enough money on the card.

We only accept your order after debiting the payment from you (contract is made based on these terms).

We’re really quick at packing your order up which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. Please put an email to customerservices@inteblue.com and you will get reply within 24 working hours.

If any other happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you’re requested not to take offence – get in touch with Customer Care and we’re ready to solve the matter happily.

Payment Procedure

You can pay after getting invoice through your debit card, credit card, Apple Pay (iOS only), PayPal, and Clear pay. We accept the following cards: Visa, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.

You must pay for the Products (including all applicable delivery charges), and we will charge the card you have chosen to use to pay for your order once you reach the final billing page and submit your order. For authorization to take payment from your account, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer. If you are using Clearpay, such payment will be subject to additional terms between you and Clearpay, available here.

If Wrong Invoice Found

If you have any issues with your customs invoice that you’ve received from inteblue, please get in touch with Customer Care who can get this sorted for you. Please put an email to customerservices@inteblue.com and you will get reply within 24 working hours.

Refund 

Delivery charge can be refunded if you return the items after filling our form with appropriate reason within 14 days. Order can be cancelled from here. If you decide to keep one of the items, you need to pay for delivery.

Price

The price of the products shown on our website in different currency like USD, GBP, EUR etc. If we accept and process your order with a pricing error that is sure and unmistakable and which could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund to you any sums you have paid under the Contract and require the return of any products provided to you. You have to pay the VAT as per government rules and regulations with our price if not price included VAT.

We have the rights to change the prices on our site at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders which already confirmed with us. However, if the rate of VAT changes after the date of your order, we will adjust the rate of VAT you pay unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

You are requested to enter the relevant code during the on line check out process if you wish to apply a voucher code to your order. Only one voucher code can be used per order and additional terms and conditions may apply in respect of each voucher code. We have the right to decline to accept any voucher code that is invalid for your order or that has expired.

International Delivery

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

If you return any products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.

Our Liability

We will be responsible for loss or damage which is foreseeable, if you face for us according to our terms and conditions. Please be noted we won’t be responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.

We will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

We won’t take liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any matter for which we may not exclude or limit our liability under any applicable law.

Events Beyond Our Control

We will not take liability and responsibility for any failure to perform in performance of any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an Event Beyond Our Control. An Event Beyond Our Control means any case, matter or accident beyond our reasonable control.

If an Event Beyond Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract, our customer care will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and our obligations under the contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Beyond Our Control. Where the Event Beyond Our Control affects the delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date and will notify you.

If you cancel the contract, please put a mail customerservices@inteblue.com and you will get reply within 24 working hours.

Your information

We’ll use your information according to Our Privacy Policy. You have to update My Account while your details will be changed so that we can continue giving you our best service (you can also update your marketing preferences there).

At inteblue, we feel better to interact with and chat to you through social media. However, we can’t control those social media platforms or how you set your profiles on them. Please check and set your privacy settings so that you understand and are comfortable with how your personal information on those platforms will be used.

By downloading T&Cs and applying the proper commands you can also easily archive your order details in your browser to save the order summary appearing on the last page of the online shop ordering process. You also can be notified with automatic order confirmation which we also send to your nominated e-mail address upon completion of your order. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order details and our T&Cs and can be easily printed out or saved with your e-mail program.
